Cake Updates...

It's been a while since we've updated our page.
We last had pictures from a wedding anniversary 30
years and a summer wedding we were commissioned
last minute to do for July.

We have been commissioned to do a cake for the
Rose City 1st Relief Society Dance 3/16/12 with gold
and Tiffany blue for the cake with 3 tiers. We'll keep
you updated as we go on that for next week.

Putting Out The Menu for Grand Opening 08/20

So today is day two of getting SLMC started. 

We started by posting the specials for tomorrow (Friday) 

which is the actual day of production. I'm really 

excited for all this to come together! I also 

started our first giveaway on Facebook and 

will put one up for our blog as well!

Finding Our New Logo...

It's taken me all morning to design the logo for 

my shop and I kind of feel satisfied with  

the pink one for now. Let me know if you like

it or not. If you'd like me to make one for

you, just let me know:) I feel as if I'm really

moving forward with it by putting this up.

Sweet Lady May Cupcakes started from my love

of baking at home. It's always been a favorite past

time at home to bake with my 5 children. Every 

week we'll find a new recipe to try out and share 

with our family and friends. So one day my friends

suggest that I start my own little cupcake bakery 

to share with others, while I earn an extra buck to 

save up for the kid's college tuition while doing 

what I love most, baking with love. 

I do work out of my home, so when I do have the

funds I'll definitely be able to have a cute little 

shop here in Portland, Oregon.
